I take a no-BS approach to therapy: empathetic, yet direct.

With a genuine heart for helping those dealing with sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression, I draw from my own experiences to offer compassionate and straightforward support. Having navigated my own struggles with anxiety and depression from a young age, and healed from personal trauma, I understand the challenges you face.

In my practice, I prioritize authenticity and empathy, aiming to connect deeply with my clients and provide practical tools for their journey toward healing. When I'm not in session, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my mini schnauzers, Bailey and Caly.
